We are looking for a patient, adaptable, and engaging tutor to provide 1:1 homeschooling support for a KS3 student based in Cambridgeshire. The student has additional needs and would benefit from a highly personalised approach to learning.
The focus will be on building confidence, maintaining steady academic progress, and creating a positive relationship with learning. Maths is the student's strongest subject, so we are ideally seeking a tutor with a passion for this area, though support in English and Science may also be required.
This role requires a tutor who can think creatively, establish a sense of routine, and tailor lessons to the student's strengths and interests.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver bespoke 1:1 tuition at KS2/KS3 level, primarily in
Maths
. Provide additional support inEnglish and Science
, where possible. Create engaging, flexible lessons that build confidence and motivation.Ideal Candidate
Experience working with students with additional needs (SEN experience essential; familiarity with ASD/PDA is desirable). Strong subject knowledge in
Maths
at KS2/KS3. Reliable and consistent, with the ability to build strong rapport.Role Details

Pay: 40.00-50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 4 per week
