We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to provide personalised educational support to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching, with the ability to engage effectively with children of various ages and learning abilities. Duties
Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
Develop customised lesson plans that align with the curriculum and address specific learning objectives.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
Create a supportive and engaging atmosphere that promotes confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
Collaborate with parents to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student's education.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and special educational needs.
Skills
Proven experience in teaching, with a strong understanding of educational principles.
Experience working with children, demonstrating patience and the ability to connect with young learners.
Knowledge of special education practices is advantageous, enabling effective support for diverse learners.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear interaction with students and parents alike.
