We're looking for our future leaders. Our Graduate Programme is a 2-year programme, where you'll rotate around your chosen business area. You'll get a professional development qualification relevant to your business area, as well as a mentor and buddy to help you through. You will also take part in fun and engaging development workshops with your Graduate cohort, learning skills for your future career at Kuehne+Nagel.

How you create impact

In 2026, we are recruiting for Graduates in:

Air Logistics - our Air Logistics team move everything from life-saving time-critical products to flowers and fruit. Get to grips with the airline industry and help customers get their goods to the right place at the right time. Sea Logistics - in Sea, we support big name brands with moving products by container ship. Reducing CO2 emissions is a big part of our service offering, with our technical solution letting our customers know the most planet-friendly way to ship. Road Logistics - our Road Logistics team deal with over 3,000 daily departures across Europe. They're a diverse bunch, with everything from keen sales people in our branches to our expo and events team who support brilliant events all over the world. Integrated Logistics - Integrated Logistics is our control tower team, who manage end-to-end supply chains for customers, adding value through data and experience.
Integrated Logistics Data - our Data graduates are key in contributing to the commercial success of the business
HR - our HR team work hand-in-hand with the business to keep our colleagues engaged and looked after. The team is always looking for new ways to innovate, and HR graduates will get to be part of that journey. Finance - never underestimate the power of a brilliant Finance team. We have the best of the best at Kuehne+Nagel, and they work hard to drive profit and reduce costs. Sales - our Sales graduates are less your typical Sales people and more the innovators behind our success. They do everything from supply chain design to working on bids to win business.

What we would like you to bring

A 2:2 degree qualification, or a 2:1 for HR (achieved or expected) and 5 GCSEs Grade A-C including Maths & English Eligibility to work in the UK You must be able to relocate for placements A full UK driving licence (or will have one by September 2026) Access to your own transport is preferable, but negotiable dependent on placements Willingness to learn - we don't expect you to be a Logistics expert, but we're looking for our future leaders!
