Level 3 Nursery Room Lead

Job Purpose:

To lead a baby room within the nursery setting, providing high-quality care. You will guide a team, plan and deliver engaging activities, ensure a safe and stimulating environment, and foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and supervise your team within the baby room. Ensure daily routines are followed and the team works cohesively. Deliver a play-based EYFS curriculum that supports the development and well-being of all children. Plan, observe, and assess children's progress, keeping accurate and up-to-date records Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment, following nursery policies and procedures. Report any concerns regarding children, staff, or the environment to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).

Qualifications required to carry out the role:

Level 3 childcare qualification or above- required

Experience of working in childcare - required

Hours and Salary

Our settings are open 7.30am until 6.30pm. 52 weeks per year

4 full days 7:30am-6:30pm

Salary: 14.50 Per Hour
