The Nail and Beauty Co has been established for over 20 years and are experiencing a fast-growing expansion with flourishing clinics in Tonbridge, Paddock Wood

we are looking to hire a detail-orientated qualified Level 3 Beauty Therapist to provide clients with high-quality beauty treatments-based on client's needs and preferences.

It will be part of your role to upsell retail to clients to hit KPI targets daily, therefore excellent knowledge of our treatment menu and retail products is a must.

What You Will Do:

Be able to provide beauty treatments to a high Level 2 and Level 3 at standard. Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application. Offer facial treatments, such as cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing. Conduct makeup applications for special occasions or events. Provide hair removal services, such as waxing or threading. Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Keep workstations clean and sanitized to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques. In-depth knowledge of all beauty treatments Upselling and advising retail products to all clients. Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly. Making sure that health & safety standards are always met. Build rapports with your clients to retain your rebooking's Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to clients/guests

What You Will Already Have:

A Minimum of NVQ level 2 and 3 qualification (required) experience working as a beauty therapist (preferred)

We are currently based at The Nail and Beauty Co, Tonbridge, with the following operating hours:

Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Please note:
From 1st August, we will be relocating to a new premises within Tonbridge, and our hours will be adjusted as follows:

Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
