About the Role:
This is a senior leadership role within the firm, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will:
- Lead and supervise a team of skilled Crime Duty Solicitors
- Manage a complex and serious caseload from police station through to trial
- Ensure compliance with the 2017 Standard Crime Contract
- Attend police stations and courts regularly
- Deliver robust case preparation and powerful advocacy
- LAA Crime Category Supervisor status (Essential)
- Previous experience supervising and managing legal teams
- Strong leadership, case strategy, and communication skills
- Resilience and commitment to defending clients with diligence and passion
