Warner Records/FFRR is one of the UK\xe2\x80\x99s most iconic record labels with a long history within dance culture. From Diplo to Armand Van Helden, Eliza Rose to The Blessed Madonna, Spinnin\xe2\x80\x99 Records to Luude, the label has deep roots within the electronic music space. FFRR has a broad catalogue of electronic artists as well as relationships with several of the UKs leading labels and MCNs. We pride ourselves on a specialist level of expertise, spanning the hottest breaking talent to deeply established leaders in their field.

Your role:

As the lables Dance Marketing Coordinator at Warner Records/FFRR you\xe2\x80\x99ll work very closely with the Head of Dance Marketing, Marketing Manager, Promotions, Audience and A&R teams, collaborating closely with our evolving roster of artists to deliver cutting edge globally minded campaigns. With the position\xe2\x80\x99s high focus on Dance and Electronic music, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking an individual with a great passion and knowledge of the space and its many sub genres. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be creative, organised, passionate and accountable, with a good understanding of marketing and consumer behaviour. To be successful in what we do, we are capable of working well under pressure and to tight deadlines, we are proactive and resilient, and display an interest in bringing ideas to the table.

Here you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to:
  • You will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction, planning, implementation, and management of a roster of UK and international artist marketing campaigns.
  • Support Marketing team in devising creative, attention grabbing marketing strategies on major campaigns to capture both audience and media\xe2\x80\x99s attention, within both specialist and mainstream electronic music culture.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams including A&R, creative, digital, promotions, social, international, sync and brands.
  • Manage general administrative cross departmental duties including:
Marketing
  • Managing storage and distribution of campaign assets, updating campaign timelines, raising invoices, taking meeting notes, arranging travel for aritsts and staff, coordinating team diaries, scheduling meetings, co-ordinating shoot/promotion schedules, organising deliveries and couriers, ticket buys, updating the internal release schedule/scheduling releases and distrubtion of the schedule and new music release comms, Servicing records for retail and club promotion, Manage bi weekly FFRR dance updates for international teams & overseeing the FFRR website and additional merchandise manufacturing.
Promotions
  • Collating assets and copy for mailers, collating info for radio/DSP pitches, helping to prepare decks for DSP presentations, clipping radio interviews/ clips from artists interviews, inputting editorial positions into DSP tracker, servicing videos to promo stream.
Community & Content
  • Creating and updating LinkFires/wrapping smartURLs, uploading and claiming YouTube videos, collating assets and copy for mailers, setting up competition T&Cs, importing first party data, gathering assets and links for media activity, briefing out and creating ad hoc digital assets, TikTok pitching forms, updating social profiles (e.g. YouTube Shorts/ Spotify canvas\xe2\x80\x99s). Managing all communications with our Social Media company including overseeing approval of content plans & asset approval for all FFRR social channels.
Creative
  • Maintaining our creative database, ensuring contracts and insurance are in place for shoots, Updating creative commissioning progress tracker.
About you:
  • Proven track record in supporting successful artist marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on Dance genres.
  • Passionate, knowledgeable and fully emersed in Dance and Electronic music and culture.
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional and gets involved.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision and problem-solve effectively and use your own initiative.
  • Organised, efficient and able to prioritise tasks with an excellent level of accuracy whilst managing multiple priority projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative, team player, ability to form good relationships with colleagues (internally & externally).
  • Strong understanding of digital, social and streaming trends and data proficiency and ability to interpret data to make strategic recommendations
  • Strong awareness of both the online and offline electronic music ecosystem. Including streaming / social / editorial / club / live / and curator spaces.
  • Strong interest in social media and its power to influence commercial behavior.

  • 1-2 years experience in a label, management, influencer, DSP or similar company environment.
