About the Role:



We're excited to announce new opportunity within the The Doctor's Laboratory IT department. As a full-time member the Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory operations and our current LIMS transformation projects.

Ideal Candidate:


Passionate about pathology IT Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and analyser interfacing Committed to exceptional customer service Experience in a laboratory setting, IT operations or MSP

Responsibilities:


Handle day-to-day support requests from the laboratory and external clients. Implement and support analyser and middleware interfacing (including CDM and CITM systems). Manage laboratory pre-analytics systems (sample sorting and routing). Configure LIMS for the laboratories (new codes, rules, workflows) and assist with system installations. Collaborate with development and business intelligence teams to generate data from Winpath and other data stores. Address queries from external clients related to order communications and client results systems. Represent the IT department in new projects (e.g., implementing new laboratories or client systems). Work closely with Windows, network, and governance specialists. Develop proactive monitoring systems for IT infrastructure.
