We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential in supporting our projects and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment.
Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance during construction or maintenance tasks.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and safety on-site.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective teamwork.
A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the project needs.
