Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required. Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision. Maintain accurate records of tasks completed during shifts. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks effectively. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
