Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising tools and materials. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects safely.

Good communication skills. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with health and safety regulations is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
