Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Support the organisation and tidiness of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and stacking materials Prepare sites for construction or maintenance activities as required Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise risks Collaborate with team members to complete tasks within specified timeframes Report any hazards or issues encountered during work activities to supervisors

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential Good physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the shift Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures
Flexibility to work variable hours as required by project demands

Willingness to undertake training on equipment and safety standards Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual labour roles This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in a physically active role within a supportive environment.
