Responsibilities

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Supporting the movement and organisation of supplies around the site Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas Assisting tradespeople with their tasks as required Following health and safety protocols at all times Operating basic tools and machinery under supervision Reporting any hazards or safety concerns to management promptly

Requirements

Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a labour environment A positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role
