Responsibilities

Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times Supporting the setup and dismantling of work areas and equipment Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site to promote safety and efficiency Carrying out general manual labour tasks as directed by supervisors Assisting tradespeople or other team members with specific duties as required Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all activities

Qualifications

Previous experience in manual labour or construction environments is advantageous but not essential Good physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks over extended periods Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to varying tasks Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour setting
