25,396.80 per annum

Location:

Starting at our Treorchy depot, with deliveries across Wales and Southwest England

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

As a

Labour Team Driver

, you'll play a vital role in supporting our installation teams and Office by ensuring timely deliveries and collections to and from our valued customers. Your day-to-day duties will include driving, loading/unloading materials, waste collection, and general labouring tasks.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, physically fit, and takes pride in doing hands-on work with a high level of customer service. If you enjoy being on the road and working as part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver materials to installation sites on time Collect and return waste materials for recycling/disposal Assist with general labouring tasks on site Maintain strong timekeeping and organisational skills Adapt to daily schedules and changing routes Represent CES with excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

Full UK driver's licence (required) 1+ year of labouring or similar hands-on experience Confident with manual handling and heavy lifting Comfortable with long-distance driving Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable Works well independently and with cross-functional teams
