to assist with the installation and maintenance of a wide range of products, including

domestic garage doors, security shutters, commercial and industrial shutters, sun awnings, and glass room systems

Key Responsibilities:

Support experienced Fitters with the installation and servicing of: Domestic garage doors Security shutters (residential and commercial) Industrial shutter systems Retractable sun awnings Glass room and outdoor living systems Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for installation work. Assist with accurate measuring, cutting, and assembly of components. Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised. Work effectively as part of a two-person team, sometimes under tight deadlines. Follow all site safety procedures and company policies. Travel to sites across the UK and stay overnight as required. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements:

Some previous experience in a hands-on, installation, or construction-based role (preferred but not essential). Good practical skills and familiarity with hand and power tools. Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and work at height when necessary. Flexible with working hours and willing to travel nationwide. Strong team ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Valid CSCS card (preferred). Full UK driving licence (advantageous).

Pay: 26,000.00-27,500.00 per year

Stourbridge DY7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:

Construction & Extraction Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

CSCS (required) Driving Licence (preferred)
