Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the recycling industry, alongside maintenance, and other operational activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Carry out general site/factory maintenance and cleanliness Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members effectively. Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items. Load and offload wagons with the use of a forklift. Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities. Experience using a forklift is essential. Be able to work in a dusty environment (PPE is issued).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week
