Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete tasks effectively. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing assistance where necessary. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is preferred. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. Strong communication skills to effectively follow instructions and report on progress. A good level of physical fitness is necessary due to the demands of the role. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
