Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required. Follow instructions from supervisors and other team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed. Maintain an organised work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied responsibilities. A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
