We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials from lorries and storage areas. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe and organised environment. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing assistance as required. Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute positively to team efforts. Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed as necessary.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction or industrial environments is advantageous. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
