Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general site maintenance and clean-up tasks Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed Maintain a safe and tidy work environment at all times Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure personal and team safety

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks A valid driving licence is a plus but not mandatory

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
