Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Assist with construction projects by carrying materials, setting up equipment, and cleaning up debris
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and repairing structures
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
