Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively. Operate basic machinery and tools as required, adhering to safety protocols. Support skilled tradespeople in their work by providing assistance as needed. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors. Willingness to undertake training for specific tasks or equipment operation as required. A good level of physical fitness is necessary due to the nature of the work involved.
