We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial services and a keen eye for detail, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.

TO BE NOTED: CSCS card is required as this is on a Construction Site

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas to ensure compliance with health standards Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning procedures Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised throughout the shift Assist with specialised cleaning tasks when required, including carpet cleaning or window washing

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently and efficiently within designated timeframes Good organisational skills and reliability Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods Flexibility to work during scheduled hours, which may include early mornings or late evenings depending on client needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
