Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and cleaning of work sites before and after tasks are completed. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, following all safety protocols. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure personal and team safety on-site.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
