The role

We need a reliable, hands-on Skilled Labourer to support refurbishment works at our Dunsfold hangar. This is a practical, varied role for someone who shows up, works hard, and gets the job done. If you are unreliable or prone to no-shows, do not apply.

Key duties

Support refurbishment and maintenance tasks across the hangar Carry out basic building work, repairs, and installations Move, load, and prepare materials and equipment safely Keep work areas tidy and follow safe working practices

Requirements - Only apply if you meet these

Proven experience in skilled labour, multi-trade, or general building work Practical skills across trades such as carpentry, painting, plastering, basic electrics/plumbing Own safety boots (all other PPE provided) Fit and capable of hands-on work Reliable, punctual, and committed - no exceptions Team player attitude Own tools helpful but not essential Must be able to commute to Dunsfold Aerodrome (GU6) daily
