Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Carry out general site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to the completion of tasks efficiently. Operate basic tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols. Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance during construction or repair tasks.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on site. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
