Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Carry out general site maintenance and cleaning duties Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff to ensure tasks are completed correctly Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to management promptly

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for long periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed A valid driver's licence is a plus but not mandatory
