Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and clean-up tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required. Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety. Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
A CSCS card is mandatory.
