Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site. Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as required. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
