Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
Experience
Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential Familiarity with construction or industrial environments is preferred Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Strong physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
