Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various projects by performing essential tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties

Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment from vehicles Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising work areas Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance as needed during construction or maintenance tasks Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
