Duties

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Preparing work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and safety barriers Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required Moving materials, tools, and equipment around the site efficiently and safely Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area Following health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or injuries Assisting with minor maintenance tasks or repairs when needed Adhering to project timelines by completing assigned tasks promptly

Experience

Previous experience in manual labour or construction environments is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the day Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual work sites Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in labouring roles is desirable but not mandatory Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
