Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various manual tasks across our site, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe working environment. Duties

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Preparing work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and supplies Moving, lifting, and stacking materials safely and efficiently Supporting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas to comply with health and safety standards Adhering to all safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents promptly Assisting with minor maintenance tasks to ensure equipment remains in good working order

Skills

Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labour over extended periods Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Good organisational skills with attention to detail Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day Previous experience in construction, warehousing, or similar environments is advantageous but not essential Valid safety or construction-related certifications are a plus but not mandatory
