Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

Duties

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment. Carry out tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed by site supervisors. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from skilled tradespeople and contribute to team efforts in completing projects. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas to promote safety and efficiency. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices.

Experience

Previous experience in a construction environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is preferred. A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team are essential qualities for this role. A valid driving licence is beneficial but not mandatory.
