The Role

We're looking for a reliable, motivated Labourer to support our Retrofit Installers and multi trade teams in delivering high-quality work on time and to specification. This is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being part of a team making real-world impacts through greener building practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by setting up work areas, keeping sites organised, and ensuring everything is cleared after completion. Transport, handle, and store tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively. Follow precise instructions from senior team members and install managers. Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times in line with health and safety regulations. Support in various retrofit tasks such as insulation preparation, boarding, and ventilation. Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, this is dependent on team placement Respect and empathise with customers when working in their homes. Report any concerns, risks, or progress updates to the site lead or management. Capture and upload photographic evidence of work done, ensuring all documentation is accurately entered into the company CRM system

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Experience in construction or retrofit is desirable but not essential. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties. Basic understanding of health & safety practices. Full UK driving licence.
