Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team and assist a team of bricklayers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The Labourer will play a vital role in supporting our projects and maintaining a safe working environment.

Cscs required

Transport would be an advantage

Responsibilities



Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Maintain a tidy work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory.
