Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment. This role is essential for supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organising work areas. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items within a team. Strong commitment to health and safety practices. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a small team. Ability to accurately follow instructions Flexibility in working hours as projects may require additional hours or varied shifts. A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person

Local to Hook, Hampshire to be picked up- will require early starts. Covering whole of the South of England.

H&S job specific training will be given.

Experience:

Construction: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

CSCS (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
