We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment, The Labourer will work under supervision, assisting with physical tasks and ensuring the efficient completion of daily activities.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies as required Support the organisation and tidiness of the worksite, including waste removal and general cleaning Carry out manual handling tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning items safely Support tradespeople and other team members in completing their tasks effectively Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise risks on site Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance Participate in site inspections and safety briefings to uphold compliance standards

Requirements

Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual handling tasks over extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively both independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual labour roles Must be aged 18 or over; valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory Must hold a CSCS Card

Pay: 12.00-17.00 per hour
