We are seeking a hardworking and reliable

Structural Steel Labourer

to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the

fabrication, installation, and maintenance of structural steel components

, working both

in our workshop

and

on various job sites

, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving steel materials Use hand and power tools to cut, grind, and fit steel components Support welding and fabrication activities Erect and secure steel structures under supervision Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE Maintain cleanliness and organisation of worksite and tools Perform other general labour tasks as needed

Experience/Requirements :

Experience in construction or structural steel environment preferred but not required CSCS card preferred but not essential Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Valid driver's license preferred but not essential Ability to work in a team and take direction Good timekeeping Consistent and reliable attendance

Working Conditions:

Physically demanding work in outdoor environments Potential for overtime and weekend hours
