Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Labourers. This role is essential in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts on-site. Help with the assembly and disassembly of structures as needed. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 25 kg). Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
