Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and have a strong commitment to health and safety practices. As a CSCS Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and clearing of construction sites. Carry out general labouring tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required. Follow instructions from site supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote a safe working environment. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed. Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.

Requirements

Valid CSCS card is essential. Previous experience in a labouring role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites. Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when required. Good physical fitness and stamina for manual handling tasks. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards work.
