Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our construction team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled trades. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Prior construction site experience and familiarity with tools and safety procedures are highly valued. Must have CSCS, PPE and Transport.

Responsibilities

Assist with general construction tasks such as site cleanup, material transportation, and setup of work areas Support skilled trades by handling hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation under supervision Aid in installation activities including roofing, framing, drywall, flooring, tile laying, and cabinet installation Support demolition, restoration, and remodeling projects as needed Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a secure work environment Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote efficiency and safety

Experience

Prior construction site experience is manditory. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction techniques such as caulking, plastering, stucco application, and fabrication is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks is essential

Pay: 15.00 per hour
