We are seeking a motivated and dependable Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting us in the construction and development of our music studios. The Labourer will be responsible for assisting with general tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies Support the movement of goods around the site using manual handling techniques or machinery where appropriate Prepare work areas by clearing debris, organising tools, and setting up equipment as required Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning tools and equipment to ensure safety standards are met Support team members with specialised tasks as directed by supervisors Follow health and safety procedures diligently to minimise risks on site Contribute to maintaining a tidy, organised, and hazard-free environment at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Strong work ethic and reliability with a positive attitude towards teamwork Basic understanding of health and safety Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
