Responsibilities

Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times Supporting the movement and organisation of equipment and supplies around the site Preparing work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools or materials Assisting tradespeople and supervisors with specific tasks as directed Maintaining health and safety standards by adhering to company policies and procedures Performing general labouring duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items as required Ensuring the site remains tidy and organised throughout the working day

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual labour roles Reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute positively to team objectives
