We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team as a subcontractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Preparing work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and safety barriers Carrying out general manual labour tasks such as lifting, digging, and moving objects Supporting tradespeople and other team members with their duties as required Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas throughout shifts Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous Good physical fitness with the ability to perform strenuous tasks over extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual labour roles
This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Starting wage 120 a day, depending on experience (to be discussed).
