Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina and a willingness to work in various environments.

The work involves assisting our current work force fitting solar panels on a commercial roof so must be ok with working at height and on scaffolding.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in the preparation of job sites for construction or other activities. Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A good level of physical fitness, with the capability to lift heavy items as necessary. Familiarity with health and safety practices in a work environment is preferred. CSCS Card required
