Job Summary

We are seeking a

dedicated and hardworking Labourer

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various tasks across our projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work on your own as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Duties encompass, but are not limited to, general site maintenance, landscaping, painting, operation of various hand tools and machinery, joinery work, and additional related tasks.

Perform general site maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe working environment. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required. Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Report any hazards or issues to the site supervisor promptly. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors. Basic knowledge of health and safety practices Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
The wage is at minimum wage. The position entails working five days out of seven, between Monday and Sunday, with daily hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
