We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving items Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
