Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site Support tradespeople and supervisors in daily tasks and project requirements Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency Carry out basic site preparation, including moving materials and setting up work zones Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to minimise risks Operate manual tools and machinery as instructed by supervisors Help with waste disposal and site clearance activities Report any safety hazards or issues promptly to management

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring or construction environment is advantageous but not essential Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks for extended periods Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under supervision Good organisational skills with attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team setting A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures on construction sites is desirable but not mandatory
